Cakes should ALWAYS be transported chilled from a refrigerator! Always allow the cake time to warm up to room temperature at the party location. 2 to 5 hours depending on size is recommended but not required.

Baking and transporting custom cakes requires special attention and care.

Whether you’re delivering a cake to a family gathering or to an important event, following some basic rules for cake handling is essential for keeping your delicious masterpieces safe from damage.

Note: We are not responsible for the cake and any damage that may occur once the cake leaves our front doors. If damage occurs outside of the shop during transfer, by a customer, we can agree to try and repair it for an additional fee
